As a Sales Executive, you will be identifying the potential leads, reaching out to leads, make an effort to convert to lead as a customer.

Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
Contact potential clients to understand their business needs and introduce our IT outsourcing services.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions to showcase the value proposition.
Collaborate with the technical and solutions teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
Prepare and present proposals to clients in a compelling manner.
Negotiate to finalize contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in foreign countries.
Provide feedback to the marketing team based on client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery of services.
Communicate client expectations and requirements to the relevant departments.

Bachelor's degree specialization in marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Entry level or at least 1-year of proven track record of successful sales conversion in an international setting, preferably in the IT outsourcing industry.
Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Familiarity with the IT services and solutions.
